Bloggers of Northern Caucasus suggest working out a Charter of a responsible blogger whose participants would take the responsibility to abstain from offence on ethnic, religious of race grounds. This motion was advanced at a meeting of the bloggers of Northern and Southern Caucasus.

Pronouncement of a verdict on the case of acts of terror in Georgia in 2009-2010 was deferred. The defendants’ attorneys are negotiating with Public prosecutor’s office on the conditions of procedural agreement.

GPO: suspects of attempt on President of Abkhazia give confessions
| Anzor Butba, Ramzi Khashig and Alkhas Khutaba, arrested under the case of an attempt on the president of Abkhazia, have confessed that twice – in November 2011 and on February 10, 2012 – they attempted, together with Rushbey Bartsits, who is now searched, to kill the president, said the General Prosecutor's Office (GPO) of the Republic. |

Merab Kolbaya and Gogita Arkaniya, convicted on charges of organizing terror acts in the territory of Georgia, have changed their initial evidences. As stated by their advocate Gela Nikolaishvili, Kolbaya and Arkaniya had earlier evidenced under pressure.
